Philly Cheesesteak Sandwiches!

The soup last week was delicious!  That was the Picante Chicken Black Bean Soup.  It was wonderful and only ended up being 6 points plus values for 1-1/2 cups!  I put it with a salad or a good serving of vegetables and it made a wonderful dinner.  If you try it, let me know what you thought.

Friday Food

So with my commitment to getting back on track with the program (Weight Watchers, that is) I’ve decided to share with y’all a recipe every Friday.  I have time to write on Friday and I thought if you liked the look of it, you’d be motivated to try it over the weekend.  I will post recipes that I’ve tried unless I find something that looks really great, then we can all take the leap together.  If you prepare the recipe I post, I’d love to hear about how you liked it.  So please let me know in the Comments section how it worked for you.  Here’s my first-ever recipe.  For those of you on Weight Watchers, I will post the Pointsplus values so we can know what we’re getting into.

I haven’t tried this one yet, but looks good for a BBQ fix on Sunday or anytime during the weekend when the barbecue pit looks appealing.  I don’t know about y’all but the warm days are numbered, I think.  It’s been kind of chilly over here.  Get outside while you can!
