So with my commitment to getting back on track with the program (Weight Watchers, that is) I’ve decided to share with y’all a recipe every Friday. I have time to write on Friday and I thought if you liked the look of it, you’d be motivated to try it over the weekend. I will post recipes that I’ve tried unless I find something that looks really great, then we can all take the leap together. If you prepare the recipe I post, I’d love to hear about how you liked it. So please let me know in the Comments section how it worked for you. Here’s my first-ever recipe. For those of you on Weight Watchers, I will post the Pointsplus values so we can know what we’re getting into.
I haven’t tried this one yet, but looks good for a BBQ fix on Sunday or anytime during the weekend when the barbecue pit looks appealing. I don’t know about y’all but the warm days are numbered, I think. It’s been kind of chilly over here. Get outside while you can!
